PRODUCT OFFERING:

Each member that’s part of our LOYALTY LIFE emergency product will get access to our emergency call centre that will dispatch the closest ambulance to them and take them to the most appropriate Hospital with guaranteed acceptance. We are linked to every hospital in South Africa with the largest fleet of ambulances and helicopters, including but not limited to Netcare 911™® and ER24™®. All costs for dispatching and transporting to hospital by road or air are fully covered with our emergency product offering. EVAC24™® Cards and stickers will be issued to all customers / members.

INSURANCE / FAMILY PACKAGE:

Primary member’s panic button (medical assistance – all service providers)

R 100 000 Accidental Death Cover (Children under 14 years = R 30 000)

R 100 000 Permanent Disability (Children under 14 years = R 30 000)

R 100 000 Guaranteed acceptance into any hospital (cover all medical in hospital costs up to R 100 000)

R 1 000 per day for Hospitalisation up to 90 days

R 25 000 for Life Support Equipment

R 100 000 for Mobility Costs (Wheel Chair / Changes to house / car)

R 50 000 relocation costs – If needed to be relocated back to residing city/town

R 100 000 Rehabilitation Costs

R 20 000 for family / servants medical expenses

R 10 000 for Trauma Counselling (R 500 per visit up to a maximum of R 10 000) if traumatic event was experienced).

10% Seat Belt Benefit up to a maximum of R 50 000

R 25 000 for the Legal Preparation of Claims (Road Accident Preparation Costs) (No Medical aid needed to complete the claim).

This cover will cover a family of six (6) [Father, mother and maximum of four children].

All Cover in Rands indicated above will be per family member. Example: Hospital acceptance: Family of six (6) will each be covered individually.
